Return Policy

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all packaging, tags, and accessories.

• Certain product categories are not eligible for returns, including personalized items, intimate products, and final sale items.

• If the item is defective or damaged upon arrival, you can return it for a refund or replacement at no additional cost.

How to Return an Item

1. Request a Return
   Begin by submitting a return request through our return portal. After we receive your request, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed.

2. Return Authorization
   Upon approval, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label via email. A $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund if you choose a refund to your original payment method.

3. Pack the Item
   Repack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Items should be returned in their original condition to qualify for a refund.

4. Ship the Item Back
   Attach the prepaid shipping label to your return package and drop it off at your nearest authorized shipping center. Be sure to keep your tracking number to monitor the return shipment.

Refunds

Once your returned item(s) are received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued as follows:

• Refund to Original Payment Method
  The full refund, minus the $10 return shipping fee, will be credited back to the original payment method.

• Refund to Store Credit
  If you choose to receive store credit instead of a refund to your payment method, no shipping fee will be deducted, and your store credit will be issued immediately.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that some items are not eligible for returns:

• Final Sale Items: These products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Personalized Products: Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective.

• Hygiene Products: Due to health and safety reasons, opened hygiene products are non-returnable.

• Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us as soon as possible. We will process a replacement or full refund without any additional charges. No return shipping fees will apply for damaged or defective items.

Return Shipping Costs

• Refund to Original Payment Method: A return shipping fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund.

• Store Credit: Returns for store credit will not incur any return shipping fees.

Please note that international returns are the responsibility of the customer and the associated shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return for a refund and then place a new order for the desired product.

• Any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT charges for international orders are non-refundable.
